Adopted by German aircraft units in April of 1918, this simplified marking style was used until the end of hostilities. This base is a perfect compliment to the Meng 1/32 Fokker DR.I Triplane release of the former Wingnut Wings project.
Our painted display bases are made from fine-grained poplar hardwood with the designs precision laser-engraved, followed by a durable topcoat with the correct colors. Standard base sizes are:
- 10 in. ( 25.4 cm)
- 16 in. ( 40.64 cm)
- 20 in. ( 50.8 cm)
- 24 in. ( 60.96 cm)
Sizes are for the longest dimension.
