The logo of the Curtiss company founded by Glenn H. Curtiss in 1916. This logo was used until the merger with Wright in 1929. During this period, Curtiss produced the famed JN-4 "Jenny" 2 seat trainer and seaplanes won the Schneider Cup in 1923 and 1925.
Our painted display bases are made from fine-grained poplar hardwood with the designs precision laser-engraved, followed by a durable topcoat with the correct colors. Standard base sizes are:
